We ship from Switzerland. Delivery times and fees are listed on the checkout page. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
 

1. Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery (for EU customers, under the Consumer Rights Directive).
For original artworks, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if there was a mistake in the order.
 

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Contact us at studioarianerelander@gmail.com before returning

• Any item shipped back prior to confirmation with the seller may not be accepted.
   

3. Damaged Items

If your artwork or print arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a refund or replacement. Note: if the original envelope or package is visibly damaged, ensure to record this before opening the package.
 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
